When applying custom scrollbar styles using css elements that use overflow:auto; or overflow:scroll; are no longer capable of scrolling back to the left without triggering the history state in Lion.

I am unable to reproduce any horizontal scrolling issue in Safari 17.4 but CCing @Karl for double checking else, we can close this.
