Created attachment 134967 [details] reduced testcase in SVG layers are axiomatic that is text following is on top of previous text. however canvas breaks this for iPad iPhone

this is IOS only afaict... obviously I have limited boxes to test on it would be nice if someone could confirm and change to NEW
