I am pretty supportive of such a change. Our current dump is unable to test some bugs (I couldn't find a bug where I came to the same conclusion). If someone is going to change it, we need broad discussion and consensus as it would require a lot of rebaselines. One of the area that also needs improvements: border collapsing dumps. Currently we share the same logic with (separate) borders. That's good for code reuse but this means we don't dump all the info.
