I don't know that any test should really need 12 seconds, even in debug.  Maybe the size of the canvas could be halved or quartered and the test would still be as accurate?

This also seems to be taking ~6 seconds on Mac Release (and sometimes timing out), so I'm marking it as slow there as well.

Marking slow on all Chromium platforms, as it's started to timeout on Linux and Win as well :(
