Comment on attachment 128943 [details] Patch This can just be a ContextObserver or ScriptContextObserver considering that we're going to rename FrameDestructionObserver to FrameObserver.

ap seemed somewhat negative on renaming FrameDestructionObserver, so I'm inclined to keep this name.
