Nowadays build.webkit.org is very sick.

Symptoms:
- build.webkit,org is unavaible long time ago:
  "Service Temporarily Unavailable
  The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later."
- yesterday evening all builds was broken with exception and all bots were purple. - https://lists.webkit.org/pipermail/webkit-dev/2012-February/019538.html
- bots usually waits for 10-20 minutes to get the new buildstep
- ...

It was fixed long time ago.
