These two tests fail as often as pass on debug bots: http://test-results.appspot.com/dashboards/flakiness_dashboard.html#tests=svg%2Fcustom%2Fmask-invalidation.svg%2Csvg%2Frepaint%2Fimage-with-clip-path.svg It seems that they're still relying on setTimeout()s firing at specific times relative to painting.

We're not using b.w.o. to track flaky bugs anymore.
