Our goal is to create scripts that executes layout tests based on code changes, that is only those tests are selected for execution (automatically) that are affected by the changes made to the source code. See https://trac.webkit.org/wiki/Improving%20Regression%20Tests for details. It is a meta bug, we will add subtasks to "depends on" list.
