[chromium] Cleanup File/Blob types and fields in WebBlobData and WebHTTPBody in favor of unified URL This issue is a cleanup patch for the multi-sided change: https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=78106 [chromium] Store URL string for File.path() to handle files on remote filesystems
