And unskip the tests, once bug 67187 is fixed.

The feature is now enabled in development builds, has been for some time. The tests are being unskipped in bug #114513, but only for WKTR. Despite that, can we close this bug? I think the tests can be unskipped for gtk-wk1 once support to DRT is added (if still desired).
