Summary run-perf-tests should timeout sooner

Reported 2012-01-25 10:30:37 PST
It seems like a whole bunch of inspector tests are timing out on the perf bot and causing the cycle time to be over 1h :( e.g. http://build.webkit.org/builders/Chromium%20Mac%20Release%20%28Perf%29/builds/6/steps/perf-test/logs/stdio Given recent runs, 4 minutes (instead of 10 minutes as is) per test should be sufficient.
