Adam: are these tests intentionally grouped in tens? In practice, this grouping requires each of them to run in 1/10th the normal layouttest timeout (on average), so it's not super-surprising that sometimes this times out (even the green cells on the flakiness dashboard are skating in the 6-10s range). I'm thinking of just breaking them out into singletons instead. Would that make you sad?
