Created attachment 123604 [details] HTML files that reproduce the issue directly. Ghosting and strange drawing errors occur when an IFrame is scrollable and floated. If a div is then positioned absolutely above the iframe in the parent, the div will 'streak' or 'ghost', or just disappear altogether. I've attached a few simple files that reproduce the issue.
