1. Open a document that uses BuiltInPDFView on a system with overlay scrollbars. 2. When the scrollbars are showing, hover over them. The scrollbar track should appear. It does not after http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/104837 The change that caused this regression was made to meet the intended contract of the AppKit mouseEnteredScrollbar/mouseExitedScrollbar api and fixed other bugs.
