The album art at the top right corner of Pandora "blinks" while a track is playing. The album art in the center player area also "blinks" as it is moused over.

I think this is because we're switching between low- and high-quality scaling. The album art is being scaled down in both areas.

I think if this issue still exist, we will have newer bug report with reduction and test case or we might have already resolved it.

Due to lack of information / reduction to reproduction and live website to test, I am going to mark this as 'RESOLVED CONFIGURATION CHANGED'.
