The android browser seems to be unable to render list items properly, it only displays the first few items and offers no scrolling for the remaining scroll items. I've tested on the following (www.fnb.co.za) and (http://www.cellc.co.za/deals/all-deals) I'm currently running android 2.3.6. The Iphone's Safari seems to better job but falls if the list is in a popup.

Please report iOS and Android bugs to Apple and Google respectively. For Apple, it's done via <http://bugreport.apple.com>. We do not track bugs specific to these platforms here, because they don't build directly from webkit.org sources.
