holding command key down to open a link in a new tab no longer functions.

Version 5.1.2 (6534.52.7, r103669)


To do:
 make sure preferences->tabs->"command-click opens a link in a new tab" check box is checked.
 hold command key down.
 click a link, any link.

To notice:
 link opens in current tab.

Expected behaviour:
 link should open in new tab.
