After the Skia roll r2836->r2850 in http://src.chromium.org/viewvc/chrome?view=rev&revision=114055 , layout test transitions/cross-fade-border-image.html has been seen to crash at least on Linux: http://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.webkit/builders/Webkit%20Linux/builds/17829 Suppressing this failure for the moment.

The crash is intermittent and not readily reproducible locally. Updated the synopsis to indicate this. Failure suppressed in http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/102609 .
