This issue does not seems to be reproducible on Windows webkit r132179

I am not able to reproduce this bug using attached test case in Safari Technology Preview 153 and it does not show 'RED' and only splash like Firefox Nightly 106 while Chrome Canary 107 does not show any splash of red. Since all browsers are matching, I am going to mark this as "RESOLVED CONFIGURATION CHANGED" but will add few Webkit Engineers for "red" splash thing and leave it for them to give go ahead so if needed, I can create separate bug. Thanks!
