It is about `about:license' file in Firefox. In Firefox Nightly 125, it is totally different from earlier / old Firefox v3 or v4 era.

I don't know whether someone will have access to it to confirm whether it is reproducible anymore or not.

Marking this as 'RESOLVED WONTFIX' as of right now due to lack of test reproduction, please reopen if it is still reproducible.
