Debug builds of chromium fails at the following assertion when using the threaded compositor and loading a composited page in a background tab. ASSERTION FAILED: m_needsCommit ../../third_party/WebKit/Source/WebCore/platform/graphics/chromium/cc/CCSchedulerStateMachine.cpp(104) : void WebCore::CCSchedulerStateMachine::updateState(WebCore::CCSchedulerStateMachine::Action)
