The following layout test is flaky on Chromium Win XP

http/tests/media/video-served-as-text.html

Flakiness dashboard:

Started happening somewhere around WebKit r100808 and Chromium r110755.  No media changes in WebKit that day, but a few in Chromium (e.g., http://crrev.com/110733). But no obvious link to this test.
