Performance on www.spiegel.de regressed terribly between r100143 and r100219. Sampling shows it spending lots of time in JS.

This appears to be fixed in ToT (107434). A little sleuthing and it looks like this was fixed in the range http://trac.webkit.org/log/trunk/?rev=102547&stop_rev=102545. Given that 102545 is the only change of substance, I believe that is the change that fixed it.
