It looks like this has been failing since http://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.webkit/builders/Webkit%20Mac10.5%20%28CG%29/builds/1242, but I don't see an obvious culprit.

canvas/philip/tests/2d.imageData.put.unchanged.html has also been failing since the same revision

Marking test failures as WontFix. Bug is still accessible and recording in TestExpectations.
