See the blinking input cursor here - http://jsfiddle.net/bSLmX/ When applying a 3d transformation to a parent, the child input's blinking cursor changes height while blinking.

Safari, Chrome, and Firefox all agree on rendering for this test case. I don't believe there is any remaining compatibility issue.
