Reported 2011-11-15 16:17:14 PST
On behalf of an external developer, logging a performance bug on Vista 64. They are hearing "stuttering and warping" instead of the expected sounds on various Web Audio samples, for example http://chromium.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/samples/audio/visualizer-gl.html Their system specs: Hardware Motherboard - ASUS P5N32-E SLI Processor - Intel Core2 Quad Q6600 Memory - 6 Gig DDR2 Graphics - GeForce GTX 260 Drivers Sound - onboard motherboard (SoundMAX Integrated Digital HD Audio) 6.10.2.6110 16/01/2007 Graphics - NVIDIA 8.17.12.7533 20/05/2011 OS Vista64 Home premium Notably, a second developer from the same company had the same issue, also on Vista64. His PC is an i7 920, so much more up to date hardware.

This sounds more like a chromium audio back-end issue specific to Windows, not WebKit.
