Master bug for implementation of the Web Audio API as proposed at the URL listed, possibly reusing code from Chromium WebKit.

The Web Audio API is already in WebKit. Chrome is the only browser that has shipped with it enabled, but it is enabled on Apple nightly builds, and development is active in the GTK port.

My mistake, I assumed it was only in Chromium WebKit because it's hidden behind a terminal flag in the nightlies.
