Strangely enough the build system changes caused a few extra failing layout tests. I suspect
that running them individually is going to make them pass, so something odd happened.

Anyway, we have this bug to track the issue for Monday.

They aren't flakey fails, NRWT always rerun failing tests and they failed for second time too.

Does NRWT run them "singly" or in a batch?
