The following layout test sometimes times out on win-debug and linux-debug. inspector/styles/styles-formatting.html Probable cause: Not sure. The test may be just sooooo slow that it sometimes exceeds 60-sec time limit. Inspector tests are generally slow on win-debug and linux-debug, but this one sounds extraordinary. http://test-results.appspot.com/dashboards/flakiness_dashboard.html#tests=inspector%2Fstyles%2Fstyles-formatting.html I'm going to add an entry to test_expectations.txt.

All inspector tests have been marked as SLOW on Linux Debug and Win Debug, so this is no longer an issue (this test is not specifically present in test_expectations.txt).
