http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/97058/ At least according to the information we have in the layout test dashboard it was r97058 http://test-results.appspot.com/dashboards/flakiness_dashboard.html#tests=fast%2Fruby%2Fbase-shorter-than-text.html&showAllRuns=true. Looking more closely, it passed for a couple random runs without any related changes in WebKit. Maybe this broke with a skia roll on the chromium side?
