DumpRenderTree needs a way to send key events This allows us to test the key event mechanisms in Frame/Bridge. For example, I just fixed a bug where keydown events were not propagating through to anything but HTMLDocuments, because the code used body() which returns 0 for anything other than html.

Wow. I don't believe we have this test, but I also don't think it's really relevant anymore.
