Provide the provision to launch WebProcess from WEBKIT_EXEC_PATH in GtkLauncher2. MiniBrowser and TestRunner already has this provision.

GtkLauncher2 will be removed soon, we are going to remove support fro WebKit2 from GtkLauncher and port MiniBrowser to use the WebKit2 GTK+ API as soon as it's ready.
