fast/repaint/japanese-rl-selection-repaint-in-regions.html tries to select some vertical japanese text. On Chromium Win and Chromium Linux, the selection appears to be incorrect. http://test-results.appspot.com/dashboards/flakiness_dashboard.html#tests=fast%2Frepaint%2Fjapanese-rl-selection-repaint-in-regions.html&showExpectations=true Mac seems the same except for a slightly larger repaint area and different color overlay. I'll rebase on mac.

fast/repaint/line-flow-with-floats-in-regions.html, which was added in the same change, is almost the same except we repaint a much larger area on Win/Linux. I'm going to mark it as failing on Win/Linux.
