1. Open Web Inspector 2. Choose a script on a page, set a breakpoint 3. Assure the breakpoint is hit, hover over some variable 4. Assure popover pops over 5. Hover over popover, then quickly move mouse to toolbar and switch to another panel 6. Observe popover re-appear in the upper left corner of the panel
