In iTuens store, the only means of navigation using NVAcccess, NVDA is with TAB and SHIFT+TAB. It's not possible to use ARROWS, such as UP/DOWN to go to previous/next line; Elements list with NVDA+F7; nor is it possible to use HTML navigation keys, such as H for Headings, B for buttons, etc. In brief, iTunes Store/WebKit accessibility doesn't support NVDA browse mode.

This sounds like a NVDA bug. NVDA would need to indicate why these things don't work with their browser before webkit can take any action. We don't know why another vendor's product doesn't work with WebKit
