Summary
Safari brings system to a crawl when dropped a large video file
Michael J. Cohen
Reported

Steps to reproduce: Drag avi file that is 50% larger than the maximum amount of swappable RAM to safari window. Test case: PowerBook G4, 512MB (150MB available after maximum amount swapped) Result: System took over an hour to open the quicktime plugin. Machine and all open applications wwere unusable. Suggestion for fix: try not loading the whole file into memory...when it's just going to be passed to QT

Mass closing plug-in bugs, as plug-in support has been removed from WebKit. Please comment and/or reopen if this still affects WebKit in some way.
