Screenshot of web inspectors detached

When launching the web inspector in Lion Safari 5.1 and even latest Nightly, it always launches detached. Is this a bug and did it carry over to Lion GM?

The Apple forums are talking about it as well. People not very happy.

Not sure how it ended up this way, but there is now another Bugzilla bug filed for this, and it has a patch.
