http/tests/media/video-error-abort.html started crashing almost reliably:

The regression range is http://build.chromium.org/f/chromium/perf/dashboard/ui/changelog.html?url=/trunk/src&mode=html&range=93731:93722 but none of the change lists are suspicious except http://src.chromium.org/viewvc/chrome?view=rev&revision=93724, which was reverted in http://src.chromium.org/viewvc/chrome?view=rev&revision=93733.

I'm going to tack on media/video-display-toggle.html to this bug as well, because it started crashing infrequently on Linux around the exact same revision range.
