This test fails with WebKit r97060. Tested in Google Chrome 16.0.905.0 (Official Build 104827) canary on Mac.

Had a look into this... it is a regression which was introduced with the code for https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=48085

If I understand the comments there correctly, this was intentional and deemed acceptable.
