STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM AND OUTCOME: 
Open URL

EXPECTED OUTCOME
Word-spacing does not affect fixed-width spaces.
blue and orange bars must have equal lengths.

ACTUAL OUTCOME
blue and orange bars are of not equal lengths.

Not Reproducible in ios 4.3.3 safari

This test passes with WebKit r97060. Tested in Google Chrome 16.0.905.0 (Official Build 104827) canary.
