SOFTWARE VERSION / VARIANT / LANGUAGE PACK: 
Ubuntu, qt 4.8 , mob-team-qtwebkit2, Minibrowser

one of the tests html style to div element is defined as follow:
                outline-color: #00000;
                outline-style: solid;
                outline-width: 50px;
                margin: 100px 0 0 100px;
                width: 0; 

STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM AND OUTCOME: 
Open URL:

http://test.csswg.org/suites/css2.1/20110323/html4/outline-color-002.htm 

EXPECTED OUTCOME
two boxes(top box for outline properties and bottom is a reference) with same
color is drawn.

ACTUAL OUTCOME
box for defined outline properties is not drawn. Hence only reference box is
drawn.

Not Reproducible in ios 4.3.3 safari

This test fails with WebKit r97060. Tested in Google Chrome 16.0.905.0 (Official Build 104827) canary on Mac.
