Open the attached file with Chromium on Windows XP in which "Estrangelo Edessa" font is installed (this font is installed by default in general).  Glyph for U+072B should be rendered by the glyph from the font, but be rendered by the last resort glyph in some environment.  See http://crbug.com/88150 for details.
