The width of the non-GtkWidget scrollbars seems to be wrong (exactly half?), so I guess we are making some mistake with the sizes coming from the theme somehow. Clearly visible in gmail.

I don't see this with the default theme. Are you seeing this with Adwaita? Do you mind attaching a screenshot?

Created attachment 98488 [details] scrollbars.png Here you go. Seems it's more like 2/3 than 1/2 of the size. The theme is Adwaita yes, which is the default in GNOME 3.
