svg/custom/absolute-root-position-masking.xhtml needs Chromium baselines on all platforms after r89313. I attempted to run the rebaseline tool myself but it hung.

LayoutTest failures for Chromium are being marked WontFix. The Bug is still accessible and referenced from TestExpectations.
