https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=61095 was landed without a test, but it really should have one.

Now we have some WPT tests: https://wpt.fyi/results/html/semantics/forms/the-input-element?label=master&label=experimental&aligned&q=placeholder Do we need to track this further?
