To reproduce: 1. Install Adobe Reader 2. Go to http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw4.pdf The PDF never appears. At first the page is just white. If you resize the window you then see a progress bar. But that's all that ever happens.

Hm, I can't reproduce this anymore after relaunching. Bizarre!
