Mobile Safari renders CSS background incorrectly when background image has width OR height greater than 2000 pixels.

To reproduce:
1. Create an image of dimensions 1000x2001 pixels and save as JPG or other format.
2. Apply as a CSS background image using CSS. Use background position to position the image exactly how you want.
3. View the page you have setup using Mobile Safari.
4. Notice that the CSS background does not display correctly as it does in all other browsers.

*** Please note: I have filed this in the webkit bug queue because I don't know where to log a Mobile Safari bug. Please move this into the appropriate queue if I have put it in the wrong place. Because of this the Version selected in this bug is irrelevant. ***

Found out that this is known behaviour for mobile safari. Closing issue.
