Bounding Box relative percent and fraction coordinates fail This is just one of those *basic* bugs which we fail currently, and will cause all sorts of SVGs to render incorrectly as a result. Some of this I fear is due to the current "resolve some %s in the DOM tree, resolve some %s in the Render tree" problem. All percentage resolutions should eventually be done in the DOM tree at layout() time, and some of those fixes may be required to make this work.

This depends on some percentage works, which 5331 also needs, not sure if it's a direct dupe though.
