In Firefox, you can hold down control to select a subsection of the table, with just those rows and columns. Then, you can paste it, and get tab-delimited data out. This makes transferring the parts of tables that I'm interested in very easy. It is also handy for seeing where exactly table borders are. You can't do this in webkit-based browsers. I have been using Chrome, and asked there, and they said to file the bug here. Here is the Chrome bug: http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=25292
