See http://build.webkit.org/results/Windows%207%20Release%20(Tests)/r84443%20(11921)/results.html for an example. This test uses layoutTestController.queueLoad() and layoutTestController.queueBackNavigation() to simulate restoring a page from the back forward cache. It would appear that this is causing Windows DRT to load the incorrect page, as the actual results end up matching those of fast/images/animated-background-image-crash.html. Presumably this only happens when DRT is run with multiple tests, but I have yet to verify this.
